We want you to love your order! However, if there’s an issue with your product, we’re here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We’ll assess the issue and, if it's due to an error on our part, we’ll remake or refund the item at no extra cost to you.

To report a problem, please email us at theshortstop31@gmail.com with:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item showing the problem

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and assist.

Returns Not Accepted for Buyer’s Remorse or Size Issues

Because all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong size/color

Please double-check the size guides and product details before ordering. If you feel you have bought the wrong size, color, etc. please contact us immediately & we may be able to address these issues before the final order is placed.

Wrong or Insufficient Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, and the item is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs. We’ll reach out to confirm an updated address before resending.
